    What You'll Do/Need

    The Associate Inventory Analyst assists in the production operations inside through inventory. This team member tracks inventory, counts orders, and handles sales and deliveries. This team member controls product sale and delivery to meet production requirements and improves inventory processes.

     

    Responsibilities

     

    • Assist in the year-end cycle count setup as well as handling the monthly, bimonthly, quarterly and yearly counts
    • Own the pick bin/Kanban process by making sure all SKUs have a pick bin, ensuring that pick bins and Kanban cards are being updated as new product is rolled out, and managing cards so they are being used properly and replaced if lost
    • Find inventory consolidation opportunities
    • Receive inbound materials for accounting review
    • Confirm packing slips
    • Transfer inventory to different sites
    • Assist the warehouse team when inventory can’t be found
    • Assist the purchasing team for controlling product amounts
    • Audit and monitor transactions and bin transfers
    • Assist with training of new team members on inventory transfers
    • Package, label and properly process inventory from returns or adjustments as needed
    • Support the quality team with sales orders and deliveries

    Requirements

     

    • High school diploma
    • Ability to use Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel)
    • Proficiency with a handheld scanner
    • Flexibility
    • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds (pushing and pulling)
    • Ability to be comfortable standing/walking 75% of the time
