What You'll Do/Need

The Seasonal Inbound Call Center Representative is part of Xenith’s "offensive line." This team member is responsible for putting the athlete at the center of everything we do by determining their needs and resolving issues in a timely manner via phone, email and chat. If you love a fast-paced working environment and have the ability to multitask, we want you to be a part of our team!

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Field all inbound calls, determining the customers’ needs and transferring them to the appropriate party
  • Walk customers through a simple order process
  • Provide superior phone service regarding product offerings, availability and information.
  • Contribute to individual and team sales or customer service goals

 

Requirements

 

  • Ability to use computers competently; requires data entry
  • Goal-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multitask and work well in a dynamic business environment
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Superior customer service skills and the ability to maintain positive working relationships
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
